{"id":119,"date":"2019-10-06T13:59:48","date_gmt":"2019-10-06T11:59:48","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/45.33.63.230\/?page_id=119"},"modified":"2023-10-04T10:04:42","modified_gmt":"2023-10-04T08:04:42","slug":"initial-session","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"http:\/\/www.lifepurposegroup.org\/?page_id=119","title":{"rendered":"Facilitator"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Clarify purpose, build resonant field and group unity<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>The Facilitator who volunteered at the previous meeting\n<ul>\n<li>starts the meeting when everybody are present and the time feels right<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>states the purpose of the meeting<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>facilitates a connecting meditation &#8211; with a volunteer or by him-\/herself<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>invites everybody to a brief check-in about their situation\/state of mind (less than 1 minute)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>and follows the guidelines for the <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/www.lifepurposegroup.org\/?page_id=121\" target=\"_blank\">Personal Exploration Sessions<\/a> (and the <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/www.lifepurposegroup.org\/?page_id=419\" target=\"_blank\">Continued Evolution Together<\/a> meetings thereafter).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Facilitator&#8217;s role is to allow the the group&#8217;s collective intelligence, including the Universal spirit, to guide how the meeting evolves.\n<ul>\n<li>There are no hard rules for the meetings, other than&nbsp;<strong>caring for each other with tenderness<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The&nbsp;Facilitator is a servant to the group. There is nobody in charge.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Facilitator encourages an open dialogue, where&nbsp;everybody&nbsp; can express their intuition. This is the best way to move forward, e.g., about how to spend your time together in a meeting. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>There are no strict rules or time allocations. E.g., it is fine if a person who is &#8220;center stage&#8221; uses 5 minutes or 45 minutes to present themself and reflect on where they currently see themself in their life.
