The Guide\n<ul>\n<li>Invites everyone to briefly introduce yourselves: Name, location on the Planet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Introduces the magic of the Life Purpose Group.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Guide discusses practical arrangements:\n<ul>\n<li>Weekly meetings focused on one person at the time and maybe another meeting frequency thereafter. Postpone meetings if everybody cannot be present.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> Confirm who will send out meeting invitations (Organizer)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Introduce the need for a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lifepurposegroup.org\/?page_id=119\">Facilitator<\/a> (or rotating Facilitators) replacing the Guide in future meetings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Guide states the Purpose of this first session:<br>\u201cTo create a safe and resonant field within which each of us can open and begin to share important milestones in our own lives and reflect on how we see our Life Purpose at this point in our lives.\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Guide invites the Group members to a connecting meditation, e.g.:\n<ul>\n<li>Let us become centered in ourselves by closing our eyes, dropping into the body, and taking some deep breaths \u2013 inhale\/exhale\u2026<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Let us sit in stillness together, connecting to our own hearts and each other\u2019s hearts for a few minutes, forming a shared resonant field of love between us, across the planet. Feel the vibration in and through You.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Let us continue breathing and connecting to our deepest Selves and connect with our Life Purpose; that which has accompanied us throughout this life (and perhaps others). \u201cWhen we ask, it is given.\u201d&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Guide assures that \u2018you can\u2019t do this wrong\u2019, creating a space of ease, safety, light-heartedness, and loving acceptance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>(If you desire support in your connecting meditation, we have published some beautiful guided meditations by Puria&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.lifepurposegroup.org\/?page_id=1510\">here<\/a>).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Guide shares a summary of important milestones in his\/her life journey and life purpose.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Guide asks if anyone feels called share their own life story and higher purpose at this point in their life.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>This process continues until everybody in the Group has spoken.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In concluding this process, the Guide:\n<ul>\n<li>Asks everybody to reflect on their experience in the Group.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Asks if the Group would like another session to get to know each other more, or jump right to the dedicated personal exploration sessions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Asks for a volunteer for the&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.lifepurposegroup.org\/?page_id=121\">personal exploration session<\/a>&nbsp;if this is chosen as the next step. Even though the volunteer may \u201cprepare\u201d ahead of the next session, it is important to not be limited by these thoughts. The greatest insights may not appear in your head, but in the moment, spontaneously in the shared resonant field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If someone cannot participate in the next personal exploration session, postpone this until everyone is available.<br><br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/open?id=1hlaZ0srn7Z3i-TOWEACyLL8pbWnWVXSR\">Video from first Initial group session<\/a>&nbsp;(49 minutes.
